Responsibilities / Tasks Manage assigned accounts and serve as their primary point of contact, understanding their needs and requirements.
Ensure long-lasting client relationships.
Regularly engage with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address inquiries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation.
Work closely with the territory manager to develop and execute sales plans for the region/territory, identifying growth opportunities and potential risks.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region/territory, expanding the customer base and market share.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts, ensuring that they are consistently met or exceeded.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders to promote our products and services.
Operate in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
Negotiate purchase agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate and work in a matrix workplace to achieve results.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements that may impact our business Candidate could either be based from a GEA office or be home office based within the assigned PFA territory with easy access to a major airport.
Must be willing/able to travel to visit customers, potential clients, and tradeshows and industry functions as required.
Your Profile / Qualifications BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor''s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field or 5 plus years of relevant experience in B2B sales.
Proven experience in account management, technical B2B sales or in a similar client-facing role.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously to achieve assigned order intake targets.
Must be willing/able to travel 75% of the time to visit customers, potential clients, attend trade shows and industry functions. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Proven track record of success in managing a sales territory and exceeding sales targets or related experience.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Working knowledge of MS Office products and SAP C4C Some prior knowledge of one or more of the following application areas would be beneficial: Preparation and Marination
