Position: Maintenance Manager / Production Supervisor (Industrial Operations) Position Type: Full-Time / Permanent & Direct-Hire Opportunities Available Location: Various Locations across BC (Surrey, Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, and surrounding areas) Schedule: Monday

Friday (Occasional weekend or on-call availability depending on operational needs) Shift Time: Day Shifts & Rotational Shift Schedules Available Salary / Wage: $85,000 $130,000+ / Year (Negotiable based on role, scope, and management experience) Eligibility: You must currently reside in and be legally permitted to work full-time in British Columbia, Canada.

and sub-contractors Manage maintenance budgets, inventory/spare parts procurement, and vendor relationships Ensure strict compliance with Work

SafeBC regulations, environmental codes, and safety audits Production Supervisor Focus: Lead daily shift operations to meet or exceed key performance metrics (KPIs), production quotas, and quality standards Direct, train, and supervise production line workers, yard crew, and machine operators Conduct daily shift handovers, safety huddles, and hazard assessments Monitor workflow efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous process improvements (Lean / 5S) Handle shift administrative tasks including scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance management Qualifications Maintenance Manager: 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in an industrial, manufacturing, recycling, automotive, or heavy production setting Production Supervisor: 3+ years leading team shifts in a fast-paced plant, industrial warehouse, recycling yard, or manufacturing facility Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems, heavy equipment, automated production lines, or yard machinery Background in trade certifications (Red Seal Millwright/Electrician) or relevant post-secondary education in industrial management, engineering, or operations is considered a strong asset Proven track record of fostering a proactive Safety-First Culture compliant with Work

SafeBC standards Strong leadership, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills Proficiency with computer systems (CMMS software for maintenance, ERP, MS Office Suite) Physically capable of walking large plant floors or outdoor yards to inspect operations throughout the shift Physical Conditions / Work Environment Active combination of office administrative space and physical plant floor or outdoor industrial yard environment Frequent walking, standing, and site walkthroughs across large facility footprints Exposure to industrial surroundings, including machine noise, heavy equipment traffic, dust,



and outdoor weather conditions Required to wear appropriate site PPE (steel-toe boots, hard hat, high-vis vest, safety glasses) Occasional overtime or schedule adjustments required to support critical operational demands or shift changes Summary If you are a Red Seal certified pro, a seasoned Journeyperson, or an experienced non-ticketed tradesperson ready for your next projector if you know someone who iswe want to hear from you!
