Become the Manager of Hydrometric Programs at the Water Security Agency, located in Moose Jaw or Regina, and lead the vital mission of managing Saskatchewan's water resources. Leverage your strategic leadership to oversee critical water data initiatives.
In this role, reporting to the Director of Hydrology Services, you will guide a team dedicated to hydrometric, hydro-meteorological, and bridge scour programs. Your leadership will facilitate the effective management of water data that informs decision-making across the province. Engage with various stakeholders to drive program priorities and foster innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee hydrometric program management and team performance
• Lead data management strategies for water resource planning
• Implement innovative practices and technology within programs
• Work closely with provincial and federal partners
• Manage change and enhance collaboration for program success
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or affiliated discipline
• Professional engineer licensed by APEGS
• At least 8 years of related hydrology experience
• Solid problem-solving and strategic leadership skills
• Satisfactory criminal record check required
