We are seeking a skilled Release Train Engineer with extensive experience in Agile coaching and project management. In this role, you will facilitate pivotal events such as PI Planning and System Demos, while managing program risks and dependencies. Your ability to collaborate with various stakeholders will drive continuous improvement and effective communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate PI Planning and large-scale Agile ceremonies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for program alignment




• Monitor ART performance and drive continuous improvement
• Help teams in planning, forecasting, and delivery
• Remove blockers to improve workflow and team flow

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 8 years in software delivery and Agile coaching
• At least 3 years as a Release Train Engineer
• Strong knowledge of Secure and Lean principles
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira or Rally
