RBC is seeking a High Risk Client Analyst to conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for clients. Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess and mitigate AML and financial risks.

As a High Risk Client Analyst reporting to the Senior Manager of HRCM, you'll be crucial in evaluating clients' AML risk profiles using RBC’s approved methodologies. This role involves detailed research, preparing risk assessments, and communicating findings for Senior Management review. You'll also engage with business partners to ensure compliance and proper issue escalation, all while maintaining a strong focus on professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct EDD assessments for high-risk clients
• Research using RBC's approved tools and techniques




• Prepare organized client risk assessments
• Assign appropriate risk ratings per RBC guidelines
• File Suspicious Transaction Reports as needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years in AML Compliance or related area
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• CAMS designation preferred
