In this pivotal position, you will act as a trusted advisor, focusing on health, safety, and environmental measures on-site. Your contributions will include conducting thorough safety audits, managing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with Ontario regulations. Engage with project teams to guide safety practices and maintain reports that enhance operational compliance and worker safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advice on health and safety compliance
• Manage site inspections and audit processes
• Collaborate with client teams on safety protocols
• Prepare detailed safety reports and documents
• Facilitate corrective measures during inspections
Requirements:
• Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or trade certification
• At least 1 year of construction experience
• Relevant safety designations (CRSP, CSP, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of Ontario workplace laws
• Robust interpersonal communication skills
