Join Guru Studio as a 3D FX Artist for the iconic PAW Patrol. In this hybrid role based in Toronto, you'll design and implement stunning 3D effects that captivate young audiences.

As part of the production team, you will use your 4+ years of experience in animated television to create high-quality visual effects. Your expertise in SideFX Houdini will be critical as you handle everything from environmental elements to complex animations like fire and dust. Collaborate with our talented artists and maintain the established aesthetic of PAW Patrol while meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create stylized 3D FX for environmental and character elements
• Manipulate simulations to fit cartoon-style animation




• Collaborate to find effective visual solutions
• Ensure tasks are completed on schedule
• Communicate risks proactively with FX Lead

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years in animation or VFX
• Expert knowledge of SideFX Houdini required
• Portfolio showcasing fluid and particle FX
• Experience with Redshift and Foundry Nuke beneficial
• Knowledge of USD and Solaris preferred
