Located in Kanata, Ontario, this full time position reports to the Director of Early Talent Initiatives. You will manage the Mining Industry Experience Program (MiEX), creating impactful experiences that inform students about mining careers. Your role includes extensive stakeholder collaboration and program evaluation to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the planning and execution of initiatives
• Foster strong relationships with educational partners
• Lead program meetings and reviews
• Manage budgets, logistics,
and quality controls
• Collaborate with marketing on outreach and promotion
Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree required
• 3-5 years experience in educational program management
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillset
• Detail-oriented with solid planning abilities
• Bilingual skills are advantageous
