A leading manufacturer in the rail industry is seeking an ATS Rail Systems Engineering Manager in the Toronto, Ontario area.
Candidates Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline is required.
Significant engineering management experience leading complex technical projects, including multi-site engineering teams.
Strong railway systems experience with a focus on Automatic Train Supervision (ATS) and/or rail control and supervision systems.
Demonstrated expertise in software design, data preparation, system integration, validation/verification, and technical design governance.
Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS or equivalent, with robust knowledge of requirements traceability, change management, and engineering processes.
Proven experience working directly with customers, suppliers, partners, and cross-functional teams throughout integration, testing, commissioning, and delivery.
