Trans Mountain is seeking an Instrumentation Technician in Burnaby, British Columbia, dedicated to public safety and system reliability. This full-time position involves hands-on instrumentation work, focusing on calibration and maintenance tasks.

As part of our dynamic team, you will play an essential role in ensuring the safe operation of our pipeline and terminal systems. Your expertise in maintaining control equipment and interpreting technical documentation will directly impact the effectiveness of our operations while upholding our core values of Safety, Integrity, Respect, and Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and maintain tanks, flow computers, and control systems
• Support programming of Local Operator Interfaces and PLCs




• Document and analyze instrumentation maintenance tasks
• Assist in marine vessel operations and mooring activities
• Collaborate across teams to enhance system reliability

Requirements:
• Completion of high school or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant industrial experience
• Background in process control and hydro testing preferred
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
