As a Final Assembly Lead Hand, Moment Energy seeks a qualified individual to supervise the assembly team dedicated to producing advanced battery energy storage solutions. Ideal candidates should have a background as an Industrial Electrician or Millwright with strong hands-on skills. In this role, you will ensure high quality and protected assembly practices, directly influencing product readiness and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct assembly workflows for complete battery systems
• Operate cranes and forklifts for efficient material handling
• Ensure precise adherence to engineering and quality standards
• Conduct End-of-Line and Factory Acceptance testing
• Facilitate the development of technicians and apprentices
Requirements:
• Canadian Journeyperson certification or extensive experience
• At least 5 years in heavy machinery or assembly production
• Expertise in electrical diagnostics and testing compliance
• Strong grounding in the Canadian Electrical Code
• Effective communication and leadership in manufacturing
