Key Responsibilities:
• Manage document preparation using digital tools
• Liaise with lawyers to ensure all file materials are updated




• Draft pleadings and related court documentation
• Schedule litigation events and manage deadlines
• Organize electronic and physical filing systems

Requirements:
• Legal Administrative Assistant Program degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a litigation setting
• Familiarity with litigation procedures and court processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
