As an IVD Applications Specialist, your mission is to ensure seamless implementation and utilization of Sebia’s diagnostic technologies. You will work closely with customers and internal teams, addressing challenges while supporting lab professionals in achieving operational goals and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide scientific and application support to client laboratories
• Train customers on instrument usage and assay workflows
• Facilitate the go-live and validation of current instrumentation




• Collaborate on troubleshooting application-related issues

Requirements:
• Degree in Medical Technology or comparable credentials
• At least three years in clinical lab or applications roles
