As the Director of Maintenance, you will guide Flightpath's maintenance and continuing airworthiness programs. This influential leadership position entails overseeing compliance with Transport Canada and FAA regulations, ensuring the integrity of maintenance records, and fostering collaborations with AMOs and technical vendors. Your strategic acumen will ensure our fleet remains operationally ready while supporting significant maintenance events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish maintenance strategies for reliability and availability

Requirements:
• Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license or equivalent
