SkilledTradesBC is seeking a dedicated Programs Lead for its Youth department. This position involves working with school districts, employers, and training providers to ensure the effective delivery of trades programs. You will play a pivotal role in connecting with youth and fostering partnerships that boost program participation and success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main contact for school district funding agreements
• Support underperforming school districts in program delivery




• Implement best practices for youth in trades
• Monitor budgets, forecasting, and invoicing
• Lead events and initiatives to promote youth programs

Requirements:
• High School diploma; degree preferred in relevant fields
• Minimum 4 years related experience
• Background in K-12 education is an asset
• Robust project management and budgeting skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
