Description Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed individual and store targets Lead by example on the sales floor through active selling and robust client engagement Support the delivery of an elevated client experience aligned with brand standards of trust, elegance, and expertise Assist with clienteling initiatives and long-term relationship building to drive loyalty and repeat business Support resolution of client concerns using a thoughtful, solution-focused approach Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and reinforcement of best practices to support team performance Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members Support scheduling, timecard approvals, and day-to-day people management needs Oversee key operational processes including inventory control, visual merchandising standards, and timepiece allocation Ensure accuracy in POS transactions, reconciliations, and financial processes Support compliance with company policies, procedures,
