We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Harvest Technicians to support seasonal production operations in Creemore, Ontario.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating trimming and processing equipment, maintaining quality standards, and assisting with daily production activities in a safe and efficient manner.

Working as part of a team, you''ll help ensure products are processed accurately, production goals are met, and equipment is maintained according to company standards.

Transportation Requirement A valid driver''s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.

This facility is located in Creemore, Ontario, and is not accessible by public transit.

Applicants must be able to travel to and from the worksite independently.

Key Responsibilities Operate trimming and processing equipment safely and efficiently throughout the shift.

Feed harvested product into machinery following established procedures.

Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as required to maintain quality and productivity.

Inspect finished product to ensure quality standards are met.

Safely clear machine jams or blockages while following approved safety procedures.

Clean and sanitize equipment between production runs and at the end of shifts.

Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or workplace hazards promptly.

Accurately complete production records and required documentation.

Load, organize, and move product trays as needed.

Follow all company safety, sanitation,



and quality control procedures.

Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.

Assist with equipment setup, shutdown, and routine cleaning activities.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Perform additional production and harvest-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, agriculture, food processing, warehouse operations, or a similar production environment is considered an asset.

Ability to safely operate machinery and follow established procedures.

Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Must have reliable transportation to the Creemore worksite.

Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).

Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift.

Comfortable working in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.

Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform physically demanding tasks on a regular basis.

Working Conditions Regular exposure to dust, raw materials, and production equipment.

Required use of PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and other protective gear as required.

Work is performed in a production environment where safety, cleanliness, and product quality are a priority.
