What you''ll do: Install hardscapes: pavers, retaining walls, walkways, driveways Work across 34 trades concrete, carpentry, masonry, planting, turf Run a small crew (13 people) on active job sites Learn from tradespeople who''ve mastered the craft What you bring: Must-haves 1-2 years landscape construction experience Experience leading a crew of 13 Reliable, on time, gets things done Team player with a positive attitude Nice-to-haves Driver''s licence + comfortable in a pickup Trailer towing experience (1014 ft) Proficiency across multiple trades (we''ll train the right person)
