Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Assistant Event Operations Supervisors for Cirque du Soleil! Are you an emerging leader who thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused environments? Adecco is recruiting Assistant Event Operations Supervisors to support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences at Cirque du Soleil.

This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality, guest services, food and beverage, retail, or event professionals looking to take the next step into leadership.

As an Assistant Event Operations Supervisor, you will support supervisors and department leaders in overseeing daily operations, assisting frontline staff, ensuring smooth guest experiences, and maintaining service excellence throughout all event activities.

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour Location: Ottawa, ON Shift: 2 hours prior to the beginning of the show until the second part of the last show.

Hours will vary | 5 days a week (subject to change according to the show schedule) Job type: Temporary | Full-time Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy .

Provide guidance and support to frontline team members.

Assist supervisors with staffing and operational coordination.

Respond to guest inquiries and help resolve concerns.

Monitor service standards and operational procedures.

Support crowd flow and guest experience initiatives.





Communicate operational updates to team members.

Maintain professionalism in busy, fast-paced environments.

Collaborate with supervisors and department leaders to achieve event goals.

Help ensure compliance with safety and company standards.

Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 1-3 years of leadership, lead hand, team lead, or senior customer service experience.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Experience in hospitality, entertainment, food service, retail, tourism, or event environments.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Smart Serve Certification.

Cash handling experience.

Experience in live events or guest-facing operations.

Inventory management experience.

Experience using radio communication systems.
