Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders product owners project managers and technical teams to gather requirements analyze business processes and deliver solutions that support organizational goals and improve operational efficiency Key Responsibilities:



Gather analyze document and validate business requirements from stakeholders Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications Create and maintain business requirement documents BRDs functional requirement documents FRDs user stories and process flows Facilitate workshops stakeholder meetings and requirement gathering sessions Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs Support User Acceptance Testing UAT by developing test scenarios and validating results Analyze data prepare reports and provide actionable insights to support decision making Document current state and future state business processes Assist with project planning change management and implementation activities Monitor project progress and communicate risks issues and dependencies to stakeholders Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices
