We are looking for a bilingual customer service specialist with solid attention to detail to support customers and internal sales partners in a fast-paced healthcare environment in Markham, Ontario.

This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can deliver attentive service in both English and French while managing orders, account inquiries, and customer requests with accuracy and professionalism.

The successful candidate will help strengthen client relationships, support new account set-up and online ordering activity, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a high standard of service.

Responsibilities: Deliver responsive day-to-day support to customers and sales representatives in English and French through phone and email communication.

Manage customer accounts and sales orders by validating information, entering requests accurately, tracking progress, and resolving issues whenever possible at the first point of contact.

Oversee shared inbox activity to ensure incoming orders, questions,



and service requests are reviewed and completed within expected timelines.

Assist new customers with account set-up and provide guidance to users navigating online ordering tools and related processes.

Document customer, patient, and sales interactions thoroughly, address service concerns, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate internal team when needed.

Monitor daily order flow and transaction activity to confirm completion, identify exceptions, and follow up on outstanding items.

Recognize opportunities to recommend additional products or services that align with customer needs during service interactions.

Work collaboratively with internal departments to remove obstacles, improve turnaround times, and support successful task completion.

Contribute ideas for workflow enhancements and follow established customer service standards, quality expectations, and internal procedures.
