This opportunity is well suited to a lawyer with experience in employment law who is looking to work in a client-focused, collaborative, and high-accountability practice workplace.

The successful candidate will advise and represent clients on a broad range of workplace law matters, including employment-related disputes, workplace policies, contractual matters, and compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities Advise clients on a broad range of employment law matters, including employment agreements, workplace policies, terminations, human rights, accommodation,



and compliance issues Represent clients in employment-related disputes, negotiations, mediations, hearings, and litigation matters, as applicable Draft pleadings, motions, legal opinions, correspondence, settlement materials, and other legal documentation Conduct legal research and provide practical, clear, and strategic advice Manage files effectively from intake through resolution, including deadlines, documentation, and client communication Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and external parties Contribute to a respectful, team-oriented, and service-driven legal practice
