Reporting to the Care Coordinator,



youll deliver services that meet each clients unique needs in a safe and caring environment.

Responsibilities Assist with morning and evening care routines .

Meal preparation and light housekeeping to ensure a comfortable home environment.

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Assist clients with ambulation, outings, and errands .

Support with medication reminders and basic health tasks.

Follow and update care plans as needed.

Maintain accurate documentation and charting .

Help clients manage daily activities with care and dignity.

Qualifications Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent (e.g., foreign-trained nurse).

Current CPR/First Aid Certification .

Vulnerable Sector Screening or willingness to obtain one.

Negative TB test or chest X-ray. minimum 2 doses of covid vaccinations.

Reliable internet access and a mobile phone.
