High Level Description: The primary focus of this role is to provide broad and/or expertise of analytical services to support data improvement within Asset Information Management.

This position will play a role in the accuracy of engineering data in Asset Information Management.

Specific Accountabilities: Apply established guidelines and procedures to support data improvement activities within Asset Information Management (AIM) repositories.

Review, manage, and close service requests (SRs), including validating project turnover documentation (drawings, asset lists, tagging) for accuracy and completeness Update and maintain asset records, location hierarchies, and attributes in Maximo, ensuring alignment with standardized processes Identify data gaps and collaborate with Engineering Records, Drawings, Operations, and Project teams to resolve discrepancies Support backlog reduction through bulk data cleanup, prioritization of service requests, and continuous improvement of SR workflows Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives (e.g., Power Apps, Excel, scripting) and support field validation activities as needed Communicate clearly and effectively by collecting, organizing, and relaying accurate data and observations to project leads and engineering staff.

Scope/Dimensions: Contribute to the accuracy and reliability of asset information by ensuring work outputs meet established quality standards and by escalating discrepancies promptly.

Demonstrate accountability for assigned tasks, work safely within established procedures, and collaborate effectively with team members while being open to coaching and feedback.
