Job Description SAP IS-U Functional Consultant - Meter-to-Cash, Billing & Device Management Calgary, AB Role Descriptions: Analyze and resolve day-to-day incidents, billing exceptions, and defects to ensure smooth Meter-to-Cash operations.

Provide operational support by addressing issues related to billing exceptions, device installation/removal, meter readings, and Device Management (DM) integration defects.

Manage incidents and support operations related to data exchange (IDEX) processes, including IDoc processing.

Perform SAP IS-U configuration updates for Billing and Device Management modules.

Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects, including billing reports, DM workflows, and Fabric pipelines.

Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT, ensuring end-to-end validation across systems.

Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities using Microsoft Fabric capabilities such as Dataflows, Pipelines, Lakehouse, and Power BI embedded analytics.

Analyze recurring issues and propose automation or process enhancements to reduce manual effort and minimize billing exceptions.
