Insight Global is seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Insights Analyst to support a growing Analytics & Insights team.

This individual will help transform data into meaningful business insights while supporting dashboard development, automation initiatives, and cross-functional analytics projects.

This is an opportunity to join a highly visible team that partners with multiple business functions across the organization and acts as an internal analytics consulting group.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with business acumen and can effectively communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Overview
This Insights Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, developing dashboards, automating manual reporting processes, and providing actionable recommendations that help drive business decisions.

The team supports a wide variety of business functions including customer experience, marketing, collections, pricing, operations, and revenue analytics.

Unlike a traditional reporting-focused analyst role, this position requires someone who can connect data points across multiple business areas and translate findings into meaningful business outcomes.

The successful candidate will help address an existing analytics backlog, improve reporting efficiency, automate manual processes, and support ongoing business initiatives through data-driven insights.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems, working across multiple stakeholders, and acting as a bridge between technical analysis and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks,



and business opportunities
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools
• Automate manual reporting processes and improve workflow efficiency
• Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations
• Support stakeholders across various business functions with analytics requests
• Build and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
• Utilize Python or R to support analytics and automation initiatives
• Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership
• Identify process improvements, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, and business teams

Skills and Requirements
• Strong SQL experience (#1 technical requirement)
• Experience performing data analysis and generating business insights
• Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools
• Python or R experience
• Experience automating reporting or analytical processes
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Robust problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to connect data findings to business outcomes
• Comfortable working across multiple business domains and stakeholder groups
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities • Experience with customer analytics or customer behavior analysis
• Exposure to statistical analysis techniques
• Experience presenting to senior leadership
• Experience working alongside Data Engineering or Data Science teams
• Survey analysis experience
• Geospatial analysis experience
• Previous exposure to transportation, tolling, revenue, marketing, or operational analytics
• Experience supporting machine learning or advanced analytics initiatives
