**Program Overview**
Erie Shores Health

Care (ESHC) is launching an Inclusive Employment Program in partnership with South Essex Community Council (SECC).

This program creates accessible employment opportunities by identifying meaningful task bundles across our teams and shaping them into supported, low-barrier roles.

Final duties, work location, training approach, and workplace support may be adjusted based on the candidate's strengths, interests, or accommodation needs.

The program includes: Two-week Pre-Employment Readiness Program delivered by SECC
Healthcare-specific training session with Erie Shores Health

Care
Resume and interview preparation
One-on-one employment coaching
Interview support from SECC staff
Ongoing support after hire
**Available Positions**
We expect to hire up to two candidates through this program.

**Compensation** : $17.95/hour
