Wellness & Inclusion Coordinator
**Position Overview**
The
**Wellness & Inclusion Coordinator**
supports the development and execution of a hospital wide wellness and engagement calendar.

This role works collaboratively with staff, leadership, and the Social Committee to plan meaningful events, recognize diverse days of significance, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
**Key Responsibilities**
Lead the creation and maintenance wellness and inclusion events calendars
Identify and incorporate key dates, including health and wellness awareness campaigns, diverse cultural, religious, and commemorative days, and staff engagement activities.

Engage with staff groups to gather input on meaningful days of recognition
Ensure events reflect the diversity of the workforce and patient population
Plan and coordinate wellness and engagement activities across departments




Partner with the Social Committee to organize and execute events
Support logistics, including scheduling, communications, materials, and participation tracking
Foster relationships across departments to encourage participation
**Essential Requirements**
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
**Preferred Assets**
Education, interest or experience in event planning or employee engagement
Solid organizational and coordination skills
**Compensation** : $17.95/hr
