Insight Global is supporting a leading retail client in Vancouver.
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to support the Enterprise Observability team and lead an AI tooling chargeback initiative.
This role sits at the intersection of product management, governance, operations, and stakeholder management, helping scale observability and AI engineering practices across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and strategy for Enterprise
- Observability platforms (Datadog, Splunk, Edge Delta).
- Lead AI tooling governance and chargeback initiatives.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, security, and leadership teams to drive adoption, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Define success metrics, track platform utilization, and support cost optimization efforts.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and support long-term platform planning.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Platform Product Manager, or similar product leadership role.
- Experience owning a product or platform roadmap in a large enterprise workplace.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience with governance, compliance, operational controls, or policy enforcement.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, contracts, or technology-related commercial relationships.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills. - Experience with Datadog, Splunk, Edge Delta, or other observability/monitoring platforms.
