Insight Global is seeking an OCM/Communications Specialist to support a large-scale transformation initiative with one of our Calgary clients.
This individual will be responsible for translating complex, technical concepts into explicit, engaging communications that drive awareness, adoption, and business value across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in internal communications, content creation, and organizational change management, with the ability to influence stakeholders and champion new ways of working.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years leading OCM at enterprise organizations
- 5+ years of experience creating enterprise-level communications for transformation initiatives
- Proven experience working on large scale transformation programs to success
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and driving communications across large organizations
