Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.
To oversee, direct, and service the corporate partnerships and premium seating partners for the Ovintiv Events Centre.
Moreover, the Director of Corporate Partnerships will be charged with driving revenue and developing strategic partnerships with the corporate community.
In addition, the Director of Corporate Partnerships will ensure a positive, fun, and engaging experience for all clients.
This role pays an annual salary of $65,000-$75,000 CAD and is commission eligible.

Driving revenue through sponsorships, signage, and premium seating
Achieving property's revenue goals
Report progress (weekly sales report) on all corporate partnerships to venue General Manager, regional VP, and others, as designated
Prepare advertising and sponsorship contracts and addenda; identify issues with contract language; address issues with and make recommendations for resolution; negotiate corporate sales pricing and other rates as required
Prospecting, cultivating, activating and maintaining sponsorships and partnerships for the property Interact in a professional manner with senior-level venue management & executives
Design sales proposals and presentations for potential corporate partners
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of contractual fulfillment obligations, including tickets, signage and other branding and promotions
Designing and design sales presentations on behalf of the venue
Works in conjunction with the Director(s) of Marketing on inventory, promotional sales pieces, on-ice promotions, retail promotions, etc.
Oversee the service of corporate sponsorships through various means, including direct contact, newsletters, corporate partner gatherings and client entertainment events Creating new client initiatives and reevaluating service offerings and experiences to better serve the corporate partners Responsible, along with the other staff, for fulfilling all contractual obligations including tickets, signage, promotions, in-venue promotions, etc.
Creating, maintaining, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Develop, implement, and report on corporate partnership events
Creating and implementing inventory for revenue generation and initiatives for Create, maintain and report databases of clients
Create, maintain and report unique experiences for all clients
Maintain sales and collateral information on an ongoing basis
Prepare, maintain and report an annual business plan
Tracking prospecting, sales, inventory and managing sales reports Manage inventory in a fiscally responsible manner
Manage and oversee all other duties related to the corporate partnerships department
Act as manager on duty as required
All other duties as assigned5-7 years of extensive and proven integrated sales experience with demonstrated success in the media, sport sponsorship or entertainment fields
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in sales, public relations, business administration, hospitality management, or other related fields
Sales leadership experience in the marketplace is required
Proven track record of generating new business and retaining clients
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power
Point
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to work a versatile schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required
Excellent relationship-building skills.
Previous experience creating sales reports
