Become a critical member of Flair Airlines' IT team as a Platform Engineer (PSS). This full time, on-site role focuses on enhancing Flair's Passenger Service System through configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.

As a Platform Engineer (PSS), you will play a vital role in maintaining and developing Flair's Passenger Service System. The position involves collaborating with Revenue Management and IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

You'll leverage your technical expertise to manage PSS operations and troubleshoot issues that affect commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and support Flair's Passenger Service System
- Manage fare classes, booking rules, and inventory controls




- Administer user access and security for PSS applications
- Troubleshoot integration issues with booking platforms
- Monitor performance and availability of PSS infrastructure

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum three years in a PSS or airline reservations role
- Experience with GDS, NDC, or OTA integrations
- Proficient with APIs and system integrations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
