Drive impactful change as a Temporary Program Manager for Karis Disability Services in Saskatoon. This in office role requires leadership in modeling and promoting values to enhance individual growth and quality of life.

The Program Manager oversees one or more Karis Disability Services locations, ensuring adherence to service principles and fostering community relationships. You will collaborate with Direct Support Professionals to meet the needs of those receiving services while implementing policies that align with the organization's mission and vision.

The role also involves managing schedules and creating a supportive environment to foster growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure effective operation of disability service locations
- Promote values of self-determination and citizenship




- Assist staff in meeting client needs and enhancing quality of life
- Implement organizational policies in service delivery
- Model and promote holistic support strategies

Requirements:

- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Drivers License
- Reliable transportation access
- 3.5 years in developmental services experience preferred
- Degree in Developmental Services Worker preferred
- Satisfactory Driver's Abstract
