As a Lead Planning & Scheduling Manager, you will manage scheduling operations on complex construction projects such as highrises and hospitals. Your role will involve preparing master schedules, evaluating project progress, and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

Bringing over 10 years of experience, you’ll ensure projects meet both timelines and budget by updating schedule logs and maintaining productivity databases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct and support teams of Schedulers
- Manage planning and schedule preparation during project bids




- Assess and report on progress every two weeks
- Maintain the master schedule and document impacts
- Develop a comprehensive productivity and procurement database

Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years in construction planning
- Expertise in various project delivery methods
- Knowledge of contract definitions in construction
- Strong presentation and collaboration skills
- CISD (PWSGC) Secret Level Clearance is advantageous
