We are looking for a caring, reliable and experienced nanny to provide care for our daughter, Livia, starting this fall.

Our daughter is almost 3 years old and has additional care needs, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable providing attentive, hands-on care and who will take the time to understand her individual needs.

Schedule:

- Monday–Friday 8am - 12pm
- Additional hours may be available, including full day care during the summer
- Looking for someone interested in a consistent, longer term position

Responsibilities include:

- Providing attentive and engaging one on one care
- Supporting her mobility and use of adaptive equipment
- Assisting with lunch and feeding
- Helping with personal care, diapering and dressing
- Supporting a nap and maintaining her routine
- Recognizing when she is uncomfortable or distressed and responding appropriately




- Taking her outside for walks and activities when appropriate
- Communicating with us about her day and any concerns

Experience working with children with disabilities or complex care needs is strongly preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is an asset.

We are looking for someone who is patient, dependable, calm, attentive and genuinely interested in getting to know Livia and helping her have a protected, comfortable and enjoyable day.

You must be ok with dogs. We have two that will bark when you arrive.
