Our client is seeking a hands-on Application Development Team Lead to lead a small team of developers while remaining actively involved in the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications. This is a player-coach opportunity ideal for a Senior Developer or Technical Lead looking to grow into a management role while staying close to the technology.

Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and support a team of software developers.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using modern Microsoft technologies.
- Build and support APIs, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Drive Agile delivery, DevOps best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to automation, reporting, and data-driven projects.

Required Experience

- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Previous technical leadership or team lead experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- C# /.NET Core
- React.js
- JavaScript
- SQL Server
- Azure
- REST APIs
- DevOps / CI-CD methodologies
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

- Manufacturing, industrial, or ERP-related environments.
- Integration, EDI,



or cloud modernization projects.
- AI/ML, automation, and data-focused initiatives.
- Experience working in fast-paced, evolving organizations.
