Manage construction activities to ensure project is built on schedule budgetWork with the pre-construction team to develop the project budgetHire key personnel and subcontractors to deliver the projectManage the project administration and daily operationsMonitor the change management processRequirements:
Experience working on large scale projects valued at £25m+Experience managing programme, safety and quality on siteExperience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractorWilling and able to relocate to CanadaTo qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Project Manager on D&B; projects (£50m+) for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contactor.
