10-15+ years of progressive experience with a General Contractor leading complex building, infrastructure, defence, institutional, healthcare, correctional,



transportation, or government projectsPost-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related disciplineP.Eng., PMP, Gold Seal, or equivalent professional designation considered a robust assetDemonstrated success leading major institutional, defence, or government-funded construction projects valued at $250M+Experience working on military installations, defence facilities, secure environments, federal government projects, or similarly complex institutional projects strongly preferredProven understanding of federal procurement processes, security requirements, and public-sector project deliveryExperience supporting pursuits, business development, proposal preparation, and client presentationsStrong knowledge of Design-Build, CM, P3, and other collaborative project delivery modelsExpertise in contract negotiation, commercial management, claims avoidance, and dispute resolutionStrong understanding of risk management, project controls, and governance frameworks for highly regulated projectsExceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to build credibility with senior military personnel, government officials,
