We are seeking a full-time Senior or Intermediate Engineer to play a key role in the development of our company. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and complex projects within a dynamic team.Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead projects related to mine water treatment and water managementProduce engineering deliverables at the conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design levelsDesign and execute R&D; projects in partnership with mining companiesSupport our operations team: Analyze operational data and provide recommendationsDefine client needs, prepare service proposals, and contribute to business developmentSupervise and mentor junior and intermediate resourcesDesired Profile
Degree in civil, chemical, biotechnological, environmental, or equivalent experienceSenior Engineer: 10+ years of experience in the mining industry,



in water management or water treatmentIntermediate Engineer: 5+ years of experience in the mining industry, in water management or water treatmentExpertise in mining water treatment: coagulation, flocculation, pH adjustment, filtration, fluidised bed bioreactors, sulphide and hydroxide precipitation, RO membranes, ozone, and cyanide destructionKnowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practicesComplementary knowledge of civil, mechanical, electrical, and automation engineering for the design, fabrication, and operation of plantsP.Eng. in British Columbia, Alberta, or another provincial or territorial engineering associationProficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)Autonomy, adaptability, and a collaborative mindsetValid Class 5 driver’s licenceFluency in French is an assetWork Location
