Seasonal/Part-time Editors/writers needed for 2024.

BEETA International Education Group Inc. is a Vancouver-based professional education and consulting company specializing in educational services and academic tutoring and coaching.

Contract Term: Seasonal (May – November)

Working Hours: Dependent on editor/writer experience and when in the season editor enters

Work Location: Kerrisdale, Vancouver

Qualifications:

· Strong English language proficiency is required

· BA or above is required

· Editing experience is essential

· Having knowledge of the university application processes is essential

· Having knowledge of BC Independent Schools and their application process is an asset

· Being creative and succinct with language is an asset





· Having experience with assisting students and/or families with university and/or independent school applications is a benefit

Job Duties:

· Collaborate with our experienced team of Education Strategists, consultants, and advisors

· Create client profiles

· Research schools and universities for professional and client knowledge

· Edit and proofread documents

· Meet deadlines

Additional expectations:

· Be dependable and reliable

· Inspire and draw out the best personal narratives and then capture them in writing

· Consistently meet expectation to submit best work

The majority of our meetings occur in person, but meetings may occur online.

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Seasonal

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
