Clean driving record preferred.

Previous towing, transport, or commercial driving experience is an asset.

Ability to safely load and secure different types of vehicles and equipment.

Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.

Valuable communication and customer-service skills.

Flexible availability as required.

Compensation

Paid by percentage. Earnings are based on the towing and transport work completed.

Duties

- Safely operate tow trucks to recover, transport, and deliver vehicles, and equipmen.
- Assist stranded motorists by providing prompt, courteous service and clear communication.
- Conduct routine inspections of tow truck equipment to ensure safety and operational readiness.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues or perform basic repairs when needed.




- Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, including details of vehicle condition, location, and services provided.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to ensure safe operations at all times.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and team members to coordinate efficient towing schedules and routes.

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems, towing equipment, and safety devices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus for handling heavy equipment or loading/unloading vehicles safely.
- Automotive repair skills to diagnose minor issues or perform simple repairs on vehicles or equipment.
- Ability to operate tow trucks efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers, dispatchers, and team members.

Pay: $18.48-$35.00 per hour
