Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and materials throughout the supply chain, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and timely shipping and receiving processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse distribution and a solid understanding of logistics operations, including 3PL and e-commerce environments.

Duties

- Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage order fulfillment processes.
- Pick and pack, and other material handling within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels using CMMS or similar systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all logistics activities.




- Assist in the development of logistics strategies to improve efficiency in warehouse distribution.
- Experience in Inventory Control.

Shift:

Monday to Thursday 11am to 7pm

Fridays 12noon to 8pm

Skills

- Proficient in logistics software and systems, including WMS and CMMS.
- Experience with 3PL operations and e-commerce logistics is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and warehouse distribution practices.
- Ability to lift 30lbs.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and vendors.
- Problem-solving skills to address logistical challenges as they arise.
