We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support across various communication channels. Your enthusiasm and strong communication skills will help build lasting relationships with customers while ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Responsibilities:

· Verify and process requirements for receiving customer shipments into the warehouse.

· Enter the customer request into the Warehouse Management System (WMS), review stock status, and generate picking documents and bills of lading.

· Notify the dispatcher of shipping/receiving priorities.

· Notify internal cargo and trucking employees of requirements.

· Assess discrepancies in inventory and notify the Inventory Coordinator.

· Provide inventory status reports.

· Schedule loads for shipping.

· Perform double-checks of shipments (quantities, dates, and related documentation) to ensure accuracy.

· Ship orders as driver pickup.

· Provide support for customer billing and account inquiries.

· Respect, follow, and ensure compliance with warehouse policies, procedures, standards, and health and safety rules, including HACCP & BRCGS/SQF.

· Perform other related duties.

Education and Professional Experience:





· A minimum of three years of warehousing or logistics experience.

· Customer service experience.

· High school diploma (asset).

· Conflict resolution or problem-solving course (asset).

Qualifications and Skills Required

· Good level of English, both spoken and written.

· Knowledge of health and safety standards, HACCP and operations at Congebec.

· Good computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook).

· Operation and knowledge of printers, photocopiers, and calculators.

· Good interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively and efficiently while meeting deadlines.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

· General knowledge of warehouse functions.

· Ability to follow written and oral instructions accurately.

· Mathematical skills.

· Good level of French, both spoken and written (asset).
