Atlas Anchor Systems (B.C.) Ltd. is the industry leader in providing permanent fall protection systems for both current & retrofit construction projects and inspections of these installations.

We are currently looking for an Inspections Technician with good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and commitment to safety are the foundation of this position.

The right candidate should proficiently perform the following:

- Conduct annual inspections of fall protection systems for a wide range of clients
- Perform load testing on fall protection equipment as required by Engineering and regulatory requirements
- Prepare detailed inspection reports
- Coordination with various internal departments as required
- Maintaining of electronic files ensuring all components of inspection are saved properly
- Working in compliance with company Health and Safety programs, procedures and documentation.
- Physical agility, ability to climb ladders, pony walls, railings, work on steep roofs as required.
- Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs as required
- Ability to work all day alone outside on rooftops in the sun and rain

The successful candidate must be fluent in English, both verbally and written,



knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and able to interpret general blueprint construction shop drawings. Fall protection knowledge would be a strong asset.

This is a full-time entry-level position. Renumeration includes a wellness and extended benefits package. This position requires a valid driver’s license, as daily and overnight travel is required. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

In-house training will be provided. Assisting the installation team may be required.
