Experienced Dental Receptionist / Hygiene Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and organized Dental Receptionist / Hygiene Coordinator to join our dental team.

The ideal candidate is confident working in a busy dental office, provides exceptional patient care, and has strong knowledge of dental scheduling, hygiene coordination, and front-desk administration.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients in a warm, professional manner
- Manage appointments, confirmations, cancellations, and recalls
- Coordinate and maintain the hygiene schedule
- Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries
- Process payments, insurance claims, and treatment estimates
- Maintain accurate patient records and office documentation
- Coordinate treatment plans and follow up with patients as needed
- Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and the dental team
- Help ensure an efficient and positive patient experience

Qualifications





- Previous dental reception or hygiene coordination experience required
- Please do not apply if you do not have dental background
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and hygiene scheduling
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional, personable, and compassionate chairside/front-desk manner
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude
