Key Responsibilities

- Assess clients’ financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and real estate agents.
- Prepare and submit loan applications on behalf of clients.
- Provide regular updates and address client concerns throughout the mortgage process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market changes.




- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Experience

- Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker, Agent Level 1, or Agent Level 2.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting, and lending guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for clients.
- A solid background in customer service, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.

Compensation

- Please note this is a 100% commission-based role.

Pay: $53,100.00-$259,905.00 per year
