Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling vehicles efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurate transactions
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and process transactions with precision and integrity
- Maintain cleanliness of the station, including fueling areas, convenience store shelves, and restrooms
- Conduct product demos for merchandise such as snacks, beverages, and automotive supplies to promote sales
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during fueling procedures and handle any emergency situations calmly and effectively




- Manage inventory levels through merchandising tasks and report low-stock items promptly
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions about products, store policies, or directions

Experience

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers at shift end
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to manage customer inquiries smoothly
- Prior experience in merchandising or automotive product sales is beneficial but not mandatory
