About the role

PUR Valet is a growing SaaS platform that replaces paper valet tickets with digital, ticketless valet operations. We're looking for a Client Success & Implementation Specialist to own the customer journey from contract close through go-live and ongoing account growth—leading rollouts, running training, and being the trusted point of contact that keeps our venues successful.

This role requires direct, hands-on experience in hospitality, valet parking, or the broader parking industry. We're building for these operators, so we want someone who already understands how they work—the pace of a front drive, what venue managers care about, and the realities of running a service on-site. Applications without this background will not be considered.

This is a remote, part-time role with room to grow as the company scales.

What you'll do: Client Onboarding & Implementation

- Lead the full rollout process from contract close to go-live
- Coordinate setup and configuration of parking systems and connected devices
- Customize each site's operational workflows, pricing, and reporting dashboards
- Provide live or virtual go-live support to ensure a seamless transition

Training & Enablement

- Conduct virtual and on-site training sessions for valet and hotel operations teams
- Create and maintain digital training resources (videos, quick guides, documentation)
- Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve onboarding and usability

Account Management & Client Success

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Monitor performance metrics, user adoption, and overall satisfaction




- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, renewals, and feature adoption
- Collaborate with sales to drive renewals, upsells, and referrals

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work with the development team to relay client feedback, feature requests, and usability insights
- Collaborate with the sales team on smooth client handoffs, product demos, and new opportunities
- Support marketing and leadership with client case studies and deployment success stories
- Maintain accurate onboarding and account records in the CRM and project management tools (Close, HubSpot, Pipedrive)

What we're looking for

- Required: hands-on experience in hospitality, valet parking, or the parking industry—as an operator, coordinator, supervisor, manager, or similar
- Experience owning client onboarding, implementation, or customer success — ideally at a SaaS or technology company
- Comfort leading training sessions and running client check-ins or business reviews
- Strong organization and follow-through — you own outcomes without being managed
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- CRM experience (Close, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Self-directed and dependable in a remote setting
