We’re looking for a skilled and personable Lounge Bartender / Severs and Supervisor for Evening and Days to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a relaxed, upscale atmosphere. The ideal candidate is confident behind the bar, knowledgeable about cocktails and spirits, and thrives in a social lounge environment.

THE ROLE:

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

-Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages

-Engage guests with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor

-Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area

-Accurately handle cash, credit cards, Squirrel transaction and VLT cashouts

-Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible alcohol

service guidelines

-Collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth service

-Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory as needed

-Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

-Coaching, training and scheduling of lounge staff

-Help develop new drink menu’s and ideas to encourage guests to visit our lounge

WHO YOU ARE:

-Previous bartending and Serving experience (lounge,



cocktail bar, or

upscale setting preferred)

-Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beer

-Must be able to assign tasks to bar staff

-Excellent communication and customer service skills

-Ability to multitask and stay calm in a high-energy environment

-Must be at least 18 years old and hold required alcohol service certifications

-Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
