Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fuel Dispatcher to coordinate fuel deliveries and manage related logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing fuel dispatch operations, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires solid communication skills, proficiency with transportation management systems, and the ability to analyze data effectively to optimize supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

- Dispatch drivers and coordinate fuel deliveries
- Monitor routes, delivery schedules, and ETAs
- Communicate with drivers, terminals, and customers
- Ensure compliance with HOS and safety regulations
- Handle delays, issues, and emergency situations
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs and reports

Experience

- Proven experience in transportation management systems (TMS) and freight coordination.
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles,



including working with 3PL providers.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy in typing and record keeping.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret logistics data and improve dispatch efficiency.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, along with professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
